The hardest part of ministry is seeing people fall. It's watching those you've put faith and trust in stumble, and walk away from what God has called them to. What do you then? When you see a friend making those mistakes? You have to be the reigns that bloody the horses mouth. It's where accountability reaches it's most difficult but, possibly it's most necessary point. To pull back hard on a friend that may not even see how much destruction they are causing personally and to those around them. It's the hardest part...
